A fantastic new retail store is about to open its doors in the heart of Bath, and I am in search of an enthusiastic Assistant Showroom Manager to join their dynamic team. About You:

You possess Retail Management or Supervisory experience. You exude positivity, are a natural role model, and are eager to motivate and develop your team to achieve their best. You take immense pride in showcasing our brand, products, and services, aiming to make every customer's experience memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales, exceed budget plans, and achieve KPIs, with full accountability for the showroom. Cultivate a collaborative culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and showroom standards. Engage in regular reporting, performance analysis, and solution proposals. Maintain stock control, manage team rotas, and oversee showroom maintenance. Collaborate with other Showroom Managers, head office teams, and more. Ensure Health & Safety standards, cash handling procedures, and payroll management.

A keen interest in furnishings and design. Passion for our brand and a drive to shape our business's future. Outstanding communication, motivation, and time management skills. A resilient nature, adaptability to change, and a proactive approach.

Benefits:

You'll be working 38 hours a week, between 9.00am to 5.30pm from Monday to Sunday, as per the weekly rota. Your schedule will allow two consecutive days off.
