Assistant Store Manager , you will represent our brand and vision. You will coach and support our sales team, create business strategies, and assist customers in finding the ideal products for their homes. To be a successful Assistant Store Manager, you must enjoy working in a team environment, working towards clear goals and targets, being rewarded based on sales success, and maximizing sales opportunities. Your qualities You will lead a successful retail sales team in a busy furniture sales environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, strong leader who is commercially minded and a natural motivator with the ability to draw the best performance from each team member. You must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends and be focused on delivering outstanding customer service. If you think you have these attributes, we’d love to hear from you. Required Experience : 1 Year as Assistant Store Manager, ideally with experience in the Furniture Trade.
