Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or leader in a fast-paced retail, leisure or hospitality environment. Motivated by Results:

Willing to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home location and other commutable stores. Proactive Leadership:

Stand in for the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to all processes/procedures and professional management of compliance. Task Implementation:

Set and implement tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow. Sales Maximisation:

Drive exceptional sales results through the execution of a clearly defined operating plan. Target Achievement:

Set and exceed targets, ensuring the team reaches their full potential. Stock Ordering:
