An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment in the Southwest London area. This position offers the chance to play a key role in the management of a multi-million-pound store while leading and developing a talented team to achieve exceptional results.
The Role: The successful candidate will:
Support the Store Manager with daily operations. Manage and motivate a diverse team, overseeing performance and rotas. Ensure outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maximise operational efficiency. Step into the Store Manager's role in their absence.
The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and time management skills. A full UK driving licence (exceptions apply within the M25). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable hours.
Benefits Include: Competitive salary: £35,000 to £39,000 (plus regional allowances where applicable). Flexible contracts: 32, 36, 40, or 45 hours per week (pro rata salaries). Career progression opportunities. Paid breaks, pension scheme, and a range of wellbeing benefits.
