Assistant Store Manager
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. Responsibilities
Direct and control daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Oversee payroll administration Conduct performance reviews Address customers' complaints or concerns Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Provide customer service Organize and maintain inventory Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Supervision
