Assistant Manager
to work with the Store Manager to create a friendly, welcoming, customer-focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work. Key Responsibilities
Provide support with motivating the team. Engage with customers and work with the team to deliver against the store’s sales targets. Encourage engagement with the local area to deliver top results. Maintain a fun and hardworking environment. Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with Management Retail experience and a passion for delivering great customer service. You will have previous experience working within a fast-paced sales and results-driven environment, including experience of managing and engaging a team. If you are an existing Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor, or a Team Leader, then we would love to hear from you. Benefits
