At Vision Express, we currently have a unique opportunity for a confident individual with high potential to join our flagship store in Cribbs Causeway as an Assistant Manager Designate.
As an Assistant Manager Designate, you will join us on an exciting training programme where you will learn what good looks like from a recognised high street brand and develop into someone that can lead a team successfully.
From day one, you'll be expected to lead by example by providing excellent customer care. You'll learn how to help customers with frame adjustments, glasses repairs, and fittings, as well as performing pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks.
Flexibility to travel will be essential for this role as you will be expected to support other stores in the Bristol and surrounding areas as you complete your training.
Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week - we are open to discussing flexible options with you further. Benefits
