Assistant Manager | Horsham | Fashion Retail | £26,000 + Bonus Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager for a fashion retail store with a well-known brand. You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail store are managed effectively and support the Store Manager. Partner with the Store Manager to effectively achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall success of the store. Analyse commercial reports and implement compelling visual displays that enhance product presentation and drive sales. Experience and Background: Proven experience in retail, ideally in roles such as Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager. Background in the fashion or accessories sector, with a keen understanding of industry trends and customer preferences. Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and budgets effectively, driving improvements in store performance. A history of successfully driving sales and achieving performance goals. A natural leader who motivates and inspires team members to reach their full potential. Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. A proactive approach to advancing store performance and contributing to overall business success. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, hands-on team player with previous exposure to working in a retail environment. You must be prepared to lead your team from the front during peak times.
