This award-winning fashion retailer is looking for an assistant store manager to bolster its ranks. The company is currently in a very strong position, outperforming expectations, whilst meeting high standards of social and environmental performance, making it a great time to join the company.

The role will entail leading the team and maximising their developmental opportunities by upskilling them through training. Driving performance on the shop floor and setting the tone throughout, to allow for a welcoming atmosphere will also fall under your jurisdiction.

With proven experience in retail management, the ideal candidate will have an affinity for providing excellent customer service. Experience working in a fashionable retailer will be beneficial, whilst a proactive approach will be critical in an ever-changing environment.

The ideal candidate will receive a salary of up to £32,000 and a host of other benefits including generous staff discount, healthcare benefits, perkbox and many more.
