Assistant Store Manager

to join our Flannels Flagship in

Liverpool . COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE

Be accountable for the commercial success of the store and drive store performance. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects. Analyse data and key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions and drive KPIs. Seek feedback from the store manager and plan and implement changes as appropriate. TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

Lead and inspire a team of retail managers and sales advisors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive store performance. Work closely with the Store Manager and oversee the store in their absence. Be a FLANNELS ambassador and represent the company to our brand partners, external stakeholders and senior leadership teams. Identify future talent within the team and support a plan for personal development and progression. Develop strong relationships with store teams, senior managers, brand partners and external stakeholders. OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet organisational targets. Use business communication tools to oversee completion of tasks and ensure your team understands all key functions. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations. Ensure wage controls are met on a weekly basis, ensuring the store team resolves any issues quickly and effectively. Control stock movement, run accurate store audits and implement visual standards to company guidelines. THE PERSON

Proven experience in a management role leading a team in a fast-paced, multi-department environment is essential. Minimum 1 year of experience within luxury and premium retail at a senior management level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Goal-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to achieving results. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
