The Assistant Manager will be the foundation of the Strand store by owning the day-to-day operation of the store, range management, team leadership and engagement and best-in-class processes. Key Responsibilities Create a brilliant consumer experience in the Strand that establishes Twinings as a leading wellbeing drinks brand Ensure the Strand is run efficiently, creatively and safely to boost sales and that the team are engaged and are creating a distinctive, premium and wellbeing centric customer experience Ensure the Strand is the worthy flagship store and wellbeing hub for Twinings by delivering an excellent and efficient supply of the whole range through accurate forecasting, managing the stock levels and owning efficient procurement of third-party products Manage the day-to-day operations of the store as the deputy to the store manager. Management of store policies & procedures, accurate record keeping, supporting people management processes and identifying opportunities for improved ways of working.
