This premium fashion retailer based in the vibrant city of Manchester, is looking for an assistant store manager to join its team. With a focus on providing excellent customer service, the company recently undertook some strategic decisions to continue its venture of growth in all areas.

The role will require you to aide the store manager in driving sales and operations, motivating your team to achieve optimal performance levels. Meeting KPIs and improving metrics such as conversion and retention will also fall under your jurisdiction.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the world of premium fashion. An understanding of working with customers to meet differing demands will be required, as well prior management experience.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £28,000 and a bonus scheme that provides opportunities to further improve your OTE.
