Sheridan Doncaster Boutique. This role is part-time working an average of 31.75 hours per week. Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets Drive a high performing team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling Maintain store operations including stock management and VM Previous experience in people management, coaching, and delivering feedback is ideal You'll be eligible for monthly cash bonuses with our Retail Incentive Scheme.
