at one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers and selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada? The Vision Express store in the Trinity Walk Shopping Centre,
Wakefield
is currently looking for its next Assistant Store Manager. This is a Vision Express top 50 store that has a well-established team of 8 retail optical assistants, 4 resident optometrists and a student optometrist. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator as you will conduct regular 1:1’s as well as providing excellent customer care on the shop floor. As an Assistant Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Store Manager with the leadership of colleagues and you’ll motivate and inspire the team to deliver in our mission to help provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day. Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week - we are open to discussing flexible options with you further. Benefits
