Our client is a leading menswear retailer with over 75 years of experience and stores across the UK.
They are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead the management team for their new menswear store in York Designer Outlet.
This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established yet ever-growing company in a managerial position.
Dynamic individuals are sought to assist the Store Manager in managing the store and team, organizing staff rotas, enhancing sales and customer service, merchandising stock, and operating the till and card machine.
Salary / Benefits:
Salary up to £24,128 plus an excellent bonus and commission.
Commission scheme based on team sales, not individual targets.
28 days holiday.

Full training on all stock.
Hours:
40 hours per week between store opening times.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have managerial experience within a fashion retail environment.
