We are seeking to appoint passionate and experienced Assistant Team Managers within our Children With Complex Needs Team to join our dynamic Children’s Services Team here at Sefton Council. As an Assistant Team Manager, you will have direct responsibility for a small number of children whilst playing a vital role in supporting the Team Manager in the day-to-day management of a team of Social Workers and other professionals in the delivery of statutory and legislative duties and requirements. You will be critical in ensuring the key performance targets as they apply to the team, the service and the Council are met.
