Assistant Technical Manager
to become an integral member of the team.
The position of Assistant Technical Manager will support the Technical Manager within a dedicated fresh produce product category, which is ever-expanding and offers the opportunity to work positively with key retail customers to build successful relationships and become a fundamental part of future success. Regular contact with suppliers ensures a confident technical knowledge from source when managing the day-to-day product quality issues, customer complaints, customer specification management, and providing the highest level of service to the customer.
Requirements:
Experience gained within the Food / Fresh Produce sector in a technically focused position Confident ability to work with retail customers and international suppliers Strong IT skills and ability to manage data and generate reports

Hours:
Monday - Friday, with some flexibility to cover a Saturday morning.
