The Assistant Training Manager is critical for the business to conduct more hands-on training courses, build more tests and demos, and expand training to new locations.

What you’ll do: Support the construction and delivery of existing hands-on training courses at our Bristol Training Centre, other Etex locations, or customer sites. Build test specimens, trial new products, develop new courses with the Training Centre Manager, and help maintain the training centre. Deliver weekly training courses and remain up to date on related products or systems. What you’ll bring: Relevant experience within a construction or manufacturing environment (preferably related to lightweight construction materials or passive fire protection). Demonstrable experience providing training, coaching, or mentoring. Self-directed with the ability to work independently, while remaining part of the greater training team. A passion for the construction industry and the training and the development of others. Experience as a Construction Lecturer is advantageous but not required.
