Assistant Transport Planner

Central London Salary:
30k - 35k + 25 days holiday + bonus (10%) + pension Emtech are working with a growing Engineering Consultancy who are looking for an Assistant Transport Planner with 1-3 years experience to join their team in London. Ideally, you will have prior experience within transport planning and be well versed in report writing for London-based projects. As a business, they are a tight team working on an exciting array of projects in the UK but are primarily involved with developments in London & the South. Ideally, you will have the following experience: 1+ years experience in transport assessments, transport statements, travel plans Experience in junction modelling and layout design would be beneficial A confident communicator who is able to speak to clients about project issues Technical capability with Junctions 9, ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG would be useful (experience on all is not essential, training provided) Previous experience on residential, retail, and commercial schemes would be beneficial In this role, you will join an established company as part of a growing transport planning team. You will have the opportunity to work under a team of experienced Directors and take ownership of your own projects. In the London office, there is a team of 50 staff across different disciplines. A key aspect of this role is the level of involvement you will get on an excellent range of landmark London projects.
