Our client, a family-run garden centre passionate about their products and customers, is currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Catering Manager to join their team in their dog-friendly restaurant.
If you have a catering background or are accustomed to working in a fast-paced restaurant and have experience in customer service, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist the Catering Manager with daily duties and responsibilities and provide cover for the Catering Manager.
Other duties include:
Managing the tills and processing payments Supporting and training colleagues Working in a hands-on capacity, leading from the front by dealing with customers and any queries Maintaining high standards, compliance, and company systems & procedures Delivering exceptional customer service Experience: Supervising experience: 1 year (required) Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Hospitality: 1 year (required) Level 2 Hygiene certificate: Desirable Hold a valid DBS: Desirable Hold a valid drinks license: Desirable If you have a catering background and a passion for customer service, apply now!
