Do you have experience in delivering training and the ability to truly engage and inspire people? If you do, then Orchard Care Homes have an exciting new opportunity for us as an Associate Academy Partner. We are looking for an individual who has proven experience in training, learning and development or a similar role. You will be delivering our engaging training and coaching content for colleagues across our 23 Care Homes including Fire, BLS, and our career development programmes. Orchard Care Homes has been providing care for older people for over 15 years.
