A Chartered Building Surveying consultancy in London is seeking a project-focused Associate Building Surveyor to join them, having seen a dramatic increase in new work.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role:

The Directors are seeking a skilled Associate Building Surveyor to undertake a project bias role, where you will be overseeing several projects (valuing up to £5m) in the form of either a Surveyor, Project Manager, or Contract Administrator.

The Associate Building Surveyor's work will include core functions such as: Defects diagnosis Planned maintenance programming Landlord and tenant matters Reinstatement cost assessments Party wall and general advice

The Associate Building Surveyor should have: Ideally MRICS, must have a Building Surveying / RICS accredited degree Project bias experience / experience of acting as a CA or PM JCT contract experience is necessary Good management and people skills Experience of working in a UK building consultancy practice Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor
