They focus on providing tailored services in areas such as strategic planning, building surveying, design and contract management, and health and safety consultancy. Their goal is to add value to every project through a passionate and imaginative approach. The majority of your work will be in the education sector, with some healthcare and commercial on top! They turn over close to £8million a year and continue to grow their profits. Your new role You will work as an Associate Building Surveyor focusing on project work across the education sector. You will handle scope of works, design specifications, and drawings. Your responsibilities will include small refurbishments as well as larger projects across the portfolio. You will help develop existing clients and drive business growth while working closely with the Head of Office. What you'll need to succeed You will have a building surveying degree or equivalent, along with experience in a building surveying role, and a keen interest in the education sector. You should be self-motivated and excited to drive a team forward and grow an already successful business.
