A medium-sized Construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Principal Designer to lead a new range of projects as well as a trusted client account. The Associate Principal Designer role:
As the Principal Designer and CDM Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance on design safety risks across the portfolio of projects in the pre-construction phase. You will be supported by a team of CDM Advisors and Architects in this role.
The Successful Associate CDM Consultant Will Have:
NEBOSH Construction
(required) Tech IOSH
(minimum) APS membership
(required) Design degree:
Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred) Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in a CDM role (required) Skills:
