Associate Civil Engineer – Cardiff
Salary:
£50,000 - £55,000 We work closely with a multi-discipline consultancy with two offices in the UK, who have the requirement for an Associate Civil Engineer in Cardiff. This person would be a technical lead for Cardiff and run a team of Engineers. They would work collaboratively with the other office to deliver the best level of technical service. They require someone with a strong background and experience, working across: Infrastructure Drainage Highway design who is happy to mentor junior engineers and help grow a team. Project wise, they are very busy on the following: Housing/residential Industrial Education Healthcare Retail This is somewhere you can sink your teeth into the role and work alongside a highly experienced and respected Associate Director/Civil lead – who focuses on business development and currently the overall running of the team. With this role, the progression towards being a business leader is laid out from the start – there is no glass ceiling by joining as an Associate, and you will have reign to bring in and grow a team around you.
