You will ideally have at least 2 years PQE within a similar role handling a full and varied case load of insurance litigation files.  Experience of working in the insurance industry would be beneficial but is not essential.  You will need to be a dedicated individual who can inspire and supervise junior members of the team, drawing on your experience to provide the best level of advice. You will need to work to deadlines and manage the lifecycle of a claim from start to finish including reviewing and drafting document on behalf of a Partner.Working alongside senior solicitors, you will need to assist our Partner with progressing litigated files to a conclusion, considering the issues of coverage, liability, quantum and strategy.Whether you’re currently looking to take the next step in your career as a Junior Solicitor and become an Associate or are currently operating at that level this role is for you!
