£50,000 to £60,000 About the role: All aspects of Landlord and Tenant. Negotiating, preparing and completing commercial leases for the licensed leisure and hospitality industry. Drafting commercial leases, tenancy agreements, sales and purchase agreements, deeds of surrender, contractual side letters, rent deposit deeds, and any other documents as required. Serving s25 and s26 notices to renew commercial leases. Selling commercial properties by way of sale by surrender to landlord. Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property/real estate and have strong academics. Would suit a solicitor looking for flexible working hours - work from home with one day a week in the Woking office.
