As an Associate Consulting Engineer, you will do the following: Working with our customers' engineering teams, you’ll support and contribute to mutually agreed phases of the Neo4j implementation within their projects; You work on clearly defined tasks of moderate scope with moderate discretion on execution; Develop professional experience within specific Neo4j domain areas for short to long-term consulting engagements where you’ll work hands-on with the Neo4j products; Support on building prototype solutions that demonstrate required functionality with Neo4j. Have +2 years of work-related experience when entering the position; Hands-on development experience using APIs, messaging, and middleware will be an advantage; Extensive experience with database technologies and data modeling concepts (preferably using big data and/or analytics technologies) will be an advantage; Experience with complex data analysis and passionate about solving technical data problems will be an advantage; Experience working in an agile environment and DevOps experience will be an advantage; Experience in a consultative role and customer-facing projects; Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a team environment; Comfortable with learning new technologies and development languages as needed; Great listening skills and attention to detail.
