As an Associate Management Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives for our diverse clients. This position emphasizes collaboration and innovation.
What will you be doing?
Work with case teams to address client challenges and deliver impactful, lasting change
Craft engaging presentations, conduct strategic analyses, and apply structured thinking to manage work modules effectively
Build and maintain strong client relationships through deep understanding of their needs
Contribute to office growth by embracing new challenges and fostering a supportive, knowledge-sharing environment
What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline
2+ years of experience in consulting or a related field
A consulting mindset characterized by structured thinking and a drive for impact
Proficiency in writing, report creation, and client presentation development
Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading teams and facilitating training sessions and workshops
Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and travel as needed
Interest in area of Agile, Digital, AI & Sustainability transformations
