Our client, a leading offshore law firm with a client base that includes global financial institutions, investment funds, private equity houses, multinational corporations, public organisations, sovereign wealth funds, and high net worth individuals, is looking to recruit an associate with fund formation, finance, and/or general corporate/M&A experience into our corporate team in Guernsey. Becoming part of the team would offer the opportunity to advise on some of the most cutting-edge work taking place in the offshore world from within a flexible and supportive team environment.
Applicants should have an excellent academic background, NQ - 4 PQE with experience of fund formation, finance, and/or general corporate/M&A experience and the right blend of experience and ambition to get involved with a variety of transactional matters.
