The postholder will work closely with NHS England’s postgraduate medical education reform team to support delivery of the “Blueprint for Change” programme which is aligned to the train and retain pillars of the LTWP. This role encourages providers of NHS services to undertake activities to improve the experience of LEDs by enhancing opportunities for career progression, skills development, induction, and access to educational opportunities, while also creating a sense of belonging within the NHS.

Key Responsibilities:
An opportunity to support the retention and development of the region's LED workforce. Gaining a unique perspective of the NHS by working for NHS England’s WTE directorate. Working with a motivated team of educators and administrative staff. Positively contributing to the quality of care given to patients by LEDs in the Region. Developing a portfolio of skills in leadership, whilst connecting with the wider system, and promoting and championing the LED role.
