As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of dental treatments to a diverse patient base. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of dental professionals to ensure the highest standard of care and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosing oral health conditions. Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans for patients. Performing routine and complex dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions. Providing preventive dental care and education to patients. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. Collaborating with dental hygienists, dental nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care. Staying updated with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuous professional development (CPD) activities. Requirements: Full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC). Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing a variety of dental procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Ability to work effectively within a team. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
