MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Ebbw Vale, South Wales to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.
Job Details:
Independent practice. Available as soon as possible. Notice periods are taken into consideration. Full or part time, up to 5 days per week. Surgery space Monday - 8:30am to 7pm, Tuesday, Wednesday - 9am to 5:30pm Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 2pm. Mixed practice working environment – NHS, Private and Denplan. Practice can offer up to £16 per UDA plus 50% Private. UDA targets to be discussed at interview. £12,000 joining bonus (terms apply). Established patient base with plenty of scope to grow further with a steady stream of new patients. Full marketing support is provided. Clinicians will benefit from a supportive working environment including mentorship, in-house CPD, and up to 50% co-funding for post grad courses considered. Brand new practice with two Associates already in situ. Fully digital practice with Primescan, CEREC, OPT, LAT Ceph and Sirona CBCT. Dentist will be joining a stable team comprising of Consultant Oral Surgeon, Implantologist, Consultant Orthodontists, Hygienists, Treatment Co-ordinator and experienced Nurses. Practice offers General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry , Implants, Oral Surgery, Conventional & Short Term Orthodontics (Invisalign/6 month Smiles), Composite Bonding and Porcelain Veneers. Independently owned dental group of 5 practices. Role would suit a clinician seeking a long-term opportunity. Award winning practice who are part of BDA Good Practice scheme.
