We are looking for an ambitious dentist to join our team and help grow the practice. This is a permanent position, which is fully private, to take over from a long-established dentist with a solid and loyal patient base. New plan patients sign up daily and there is regular Invisalign and Implant interest.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a relaxed professional practice. We are predominantly private, and this position is for a fully private dentist. We can accommodate some NHS if of interest.
You will need to excel and take complete ownership of the main roles of the position, and be able to work independently while reporting back to the Principal periodically.

600-800 Plan Patients 2 x TCOs on Site to Support Dentists Adding Private Plan Patients Regularly Achievable Income £100,000 – £150,000 per annum Potential for significant turnover from Fee Per Item 50% of Private Income Existing Patient Lists Established for Many Years Excellent Facilities and Environment We require a minimum 3-year commitment, but ideally this is a position for a settled dentist who is looking for a long-term position to grow into and make their own. We can offer more or less UDAs and days depending on the candidate. Ideally, we are looking for a dentist with a minimum of 5+ years post-FD experience. Additional qualifications and experience will be an advantage to the practice and group. – An enhanced CRB check will be required for the successful candidate. – Only GDC registered qualified Dentists should apply.
