Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care and will be committed to ensuring patient satisfaction. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for our patients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ oral health and diagnose dental conditions. Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care. Utilise CAD technology to enhance treatment precision and outcomes. Interpret medical imaging to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care strategies. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development. Qualifications Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution. Valid dental licence to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health. Proficiency in CAD technology is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence in clinical decision-making. A compassionate approach towards patients, ensuring their comfort and confidence during treatments. Job Types : Full-time, Part-time Pay : £100,000.00-£180,000.00 per year Expected start date : 17/02/2025
