Part-time NHS DENTIST required for 2-3 days per week in an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE in Hastings, East Sussex.
UDA target between 4500-5000 per annum @ £12-£13 per UDA with EXCELLENT PRIVATE EARNING POTENTIAL Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday available 45% split on PVT (reviewed after 6 months) Practice has undergone a full refurbishment with a dedicated private suite iTero Scanner Digital x-rays Rotary Endo & Apex Locator Specialist interests welcome – Invisalign, Ortho, Endo, Oral surgery 50/50 lab split Dedicated treatment coordinator Consultant Orthodontist on-site once a week SOE software/Intraoral Camera Close to local amenities and transport links Full support team on site Compliance requirements: Full NHS Performer Number if applicable Local Area Team confirmation GDC certificate UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years Indemnity certificate Passport Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months) Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees) Degree certificate CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months IRMER PIN number Please contact Sam Graham at Green Apple Dental to discuss on 020 8300 7971 or email dental@greenappledental.co.uk
