Remuneration: Circa £120,000+
Description: Full-time OR Part-time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week (flexible) in a busy, mixed, independently owned practice near Watlington, King's Lynn.
£13-£15 per UDA £20,000 GOLDEN HELLO BONUS for 5 days. £10,000 paid at start of first year, then £5000 each year after 50% split on PVT & Lab Bills Additional £2 per UDA for every UDA a Dental Therapist completes if they are willing to support Also an additional £1000 per month if willing to support an overseas qualified Dentist to get their Performer number 8 Associates and 2 Hygienist/Therapists A dedicated Treatment Coordinator Hygienists & therapist operating each day of the week who work out of a dedicated hygienist surgery and who work closely with the dentists enabling dentists to focus more on their private earning opportunities Fully computerised surgeries - 9 Surgery practice equipped with the new Dentally Software & patient portal Air-conditioned and air purifiers in surgeries CBCT Scanner, iTero Scanners Digital x-rays & Rotary Endodontics with Apex Locators Access to treatments including composite bonding, implants and Invisalign Dedicated staff room with kitchen facilities and lockers Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm optional Saturdays Continuing professional development with CPD support Further education/qualification funding and support Staff referral schemes, rewards up to £30,000 Available Immediately, start date negotiable Compliance requirements: Full NHS Performer Number Local Area Team confirmation GDC certificate UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years Indemnity certificate Passport Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months) Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees) Degree certificate CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months IRMER PIN number Please contact Sam Graham at Green Apple Dental to discuss on 020 8300 7971 or email dental@greenappledental.co.uk
