The practice is dedicated to supporting its associates, enabling them to provide the highest standard of patient care with full clinical freedom. Guidance and support are readily available where needed. To encourage patient-focused decision-making, the practice part-funds lab bills, contributing £1,000 towards labs for every 1,000 UDAs delivered. The practice features five modern, well-maintained surgeries equipped with full computerisation, WaveOne rotary endo, and digital X-rays, among other facilities. The successful associate will inherit a stable patient list, offering a good opportunity for private work alongside routine dentistry. The practice regularly provides private treatments, including short-term orthodontics, whitening, bonding, and crown and bridgework. Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
