Associate Dentist
A Part-time (PT) associate position has become available to join our
independent , well-established, friendly, busy dental practice on the outskirts of the Ribble Valley. We have an excellent local reputation, a lovely stable base of patients, and a true family feel. Our associates have the benefit of
free referrals
to our team of therapists who are there to support you and allow you to focus your time on the bits of dentistry you excel at. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ethical, forward-thinking individual. The role is equally suitable for a young associate looking to expand their skill set in a safe environment or an experienced dentist looking for some stability and clinical freedom in an independent practice. We are based in Nelson, next door to Pendle Hill, with great access to Manchester, Preston, the Lake District, and the East Riding of Yorkshire. Come and join a team that looks after each other as well as our patients. Compensation: · UDA rate £11.75 with free referrals to DCPs (£40,000 - £60,000 annual income for 2 - 3 days) · 50/50 lab bill split; 50/50 private split · FD approved practice and dental therapist training site ·
Free mentoring and clinical support
from experienced clinicians · DWSI in Endodontics at the practice · In-house orthodontics with NHS contract · Support for career progression, part funding CPD/postgraduate courses · Well-equipped surgeries: fully computerised, digital radiography & OPG, Decon room, rotary endo, microscope, DSLR camera, intraoral cameras, air-conditioned, mechanical ventilation. ·
