Practice Manager Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join a dynamic and supportive practice in King’s Lynn. This is an excellent opportunity to achieve a great work-life balance while growing your NHS and private patient base in a modern, well-equipped dental practice. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality NHS and private dental care to patients. Build and maintain a strong private income stream, including access to exclusive schemes. Work collaboratively with a dedicated hygienist and a supportive practice team. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including digital x-ray processing and rotary endodontics. Meet NHS contract requirements with a manageable patient load. Participate in bespoke clinical training and CPD opportunities. Skills and Experience

Active NHS Performer Number (required). General Dental Council (GDC) registration. Commitment to providing excellent patient care. Ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues. Desirable

Interest in professional development through sponsored education and training opportunities. Willingness to leverage private income-building initiatives. Working Hours

Flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options. Typical hours include availability from Tuesday to Saturday. Salary and Benefits
