Responsibilities
Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Utilise medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.
Skills
Proficient in medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis.
Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems for dental applications is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it relates to dentistry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures in an understandable manner.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
