Associate Dentist position in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire DE11 8HY, 1 – 3 days a week available. We are close to Derby (25 mins). Birmingham, Nottingham and Leicester are all within an easy 40min drive.
4 surgery mixed practice - non corporate, independently owned, FD Training Practice. Excellent support staff and a nice friendly team.
UDA target negotiable plus 50:50 private (established list of patients to transfer).
High UDA rate depending on experience.
Good range of equipment, fully computerised, electric micromotor, digital X-rays, rotary endo.

Qualifications:
Applicants must have an active NHS performer number, valid indemnity, and an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) or CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check.
