We are a renowned interior design studio seeking an Associate Designer to join our talented team. Based in London, this Interior Designer / Architect position offers a unique opportunity to shape elegant, bespoke interiors for exceptional residential and commercial projects, both in the UK and globally. From concept to completion, you'll work with a dynamic team, driving creative and technical excellence in every detail. Your Opportunity As an Associate Designer, you'll play a leading role in: Shaping innovative interiors that blend art, antiques, and design. Leading a team of talented designers across multiple luxury residential and commercial projects, including international commissions. Managing creative, technical, and logistical aspects of projects through all RIBA stages. Mentoring the design team and maintaining our studio's high standards of creativity and precision. Building and nurturing client and sector relationships, including those within the UHNW sector. You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team, including Sophie Ashby (Founder & Creative Director), to create extraordinary spaces that leave a lasting impact. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings: Design Leadership: A creative thinker with the vision and ability to inspire a design team. Technical Expertise: Strong skills in technical detailing and innovation. Financial Management: Experience managing project budgets and financials effectively. Team Support: A proactive mentor who enjoys supporting and developing talent within the team. Client-Focused Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, including confidence in working with UHNW clients. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in approach, ensuring exceptional quality in every project phase. Organisational Excellence: Skilled in time management and problem-solving, even under pressure. Global Perspective: Experience and a cultural interest in working on international projects. Team Spirit: A collaborative, proactive team player who inspires and supports others. Vectorworks experience is preferred.
