Associate Director - Behaviour & Culture
Who we are
We are consultants using insights to inspire change and overcome commercial challenges for our clients. We were created to be different kind of agency right from the start back in 2007, a hybrid of management consultancy, boutique strategy house, and content & creative studio.
We are multidisciplinary. Our people come from many different backgrounds, from design and cultural analysis to academia and advertising. And we bring together an eclectic mix of expertise in strategy, qualitative and quantitative research, semiotics, behavioural science, foresight, unstructured data, analytics, communications, and content. Our ethos is always to look differently, and we need a wide mix of people and skills to do this.
We are pink, always have been. Pink when we launched was a representation of us disrupting the often strict codes within the market research industry. The shade of pink might change but we’re sticking to it.
We are global, with projects spanning over 75 markets, from Mexico to Japan, France to India. We are also global, with offices, together with our parent company, in the UK, Germany, Belgium, South Africa, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are proud of the authenticity and rich nuance we’re able to provide when delivering strategic outcomes for our clients. We deliver impact for iconic brands. The brands and people we get to work with are truly amazing. We might be rewriting the map for women’s health one day and innovating new forms of kids play the next.
We're flexible. Our team moves between our central City office—where you connect with colleagues, attend sessions, and grab a drink— with working remotely and being out doing interviews, facilitating workshops and presenting in the UK and abroad. And most importantly, Truth is an equal opportunity employer, committed to being diverse and inclusive by treating all employees fairly, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, physical ability, marital and parental status, or sexual orientation. We foster an inclusive environment where every team member can feel accepted, and their voices are heard.
Join our team
Truth is harder than ever to come by, but we’re committed to finding the truths that matter for people, and for brands. We are a collaborative team with an emphasis on expansive thinking, a reverence for the richness of insight and the creative flair to deliver commercial impact. This is an exciting time for Truth Consulting. A time for change and innovation on our methods, way of thinking and our culture. If you are a changemaker, and you want to help define the future of insights and strategy, this is the place and role for you.
