Associate Director – Leveraged, HY, Infra Project Finance Syndicate
Non-disclosed London, United Kingdom My Client is currently looking for an Associate Director to join their Leveraged Finance / High Yield and Infrastructure Project Finance Syndicate team. You'll play an integral part of the deal team supporting the pricing, structuring and syndication of high yield bonds, leveraged loans, and infrastructure and project finance loans for corporate and sponsor clients. Key accountabilities: Support the syndication of leveraged and infrastructure and project finance transactions for sponsor-owned and corporate clients private equity owned and sub-investment grade corporate clients Support the underwriting decision with respect to bridged transactions Prepare underwriting committee memos Assist in the pricing and structuring of transactions Prepare syndication and market related materials for pitches with our partners Support the syndication and sell down process in alignment with internal partners (LF, I&PF and Sales) Research and analyse market data to support client interaction and underwriting decisions Establish and support senior team members’ relationships with other stakeholders (LF, I&PF, Credit, Sales, CAM, CIDT, Coverage) Oversee the high yield weekly and other marketing efforts Assist senior colleagues in pricing bonds and leveraged loans for issuers
