Hobson Prior is seeking an Associate Director to join our team. This role will lead projects, guide teams, and ensure client satisfaction in the healthcare value consultancy field. The successful candidate will be a key contact for clients, providing strategic insights and high-quality deliverables. This position also involves exploring new business opportunities and contributing to the strategic direction of our services.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project teams to meet client goals.
Communicate directly with clients to address their needs and expectations.
Develop and review project documents to ensure they meet client requirements.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Contribute to strategic planning and increase the visibility of our services through publications and presentations.

Ability to lead meetings and workshops effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Background in life sciences or health economics.
Experience in market access or health economic strategies.
