Associate Director - MEP Design Manager - Building Services Engineering My client is an established global manufacturer of pre-fabricated HVAC plant room solutions supplying major data centre projects throughout EMEA from their UK site. They have an excellent brand and employer reputation due to teamwork and valuing their employees' contributions. The ideal background is a building services consultancy as a Director, MEP design manager or similar or an engineering manager with an MEP / building services contractor. Applicants must have a solid building services background. The Role The purpose of this role is to lead a multi-disciplined team of engineers in the development of building services solutions. Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept, design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning. Provide technical leadership. Develop and implement engineering solutions to complex challenges. Develop the framework for all technical aspects of solution development and engineered projects. Ensure that all engineering designs meet relevant codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Act as the primary escalation point for technical queries. You HNC or degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Currently Engineering Manager, Design Manager or Principal Mechanical Engineer in a building services environment. Benefits Package Salary to around 85K-90K. 25 days holiday + bank holiday.
