A rare opportunity for you to join a rapidly growing business. The Engineering and Consultancy services of this business are expanding into a new sector, and need an experienced Business Change professional to join the team. You will work alongside a small agile team looking to establish itself within the National Security market. This would suit someone currently working within business change and looking to take a step up towards senior leadership. This is a strategic goal for the company who have made small inroads but want to expand further having already established a healthy business in other areas of secure government. The Role: As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in managing key accounts, and driving the growth of the business in line with their strategy. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a strong pipeline and forming strategic partnerships. Personal Attributes: Self-assured and confident with high personal resilience Excellent customer management skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively Exceptional networker, thriving in a crowded room with new people High emotional intelligence, able to collaborate with internal teams to achieve the best outcomes Skilled communicator, comfortable presenting to large groups spontaneously Adaptable and flexible, able to respond to rapid changes and work within a small team Strong written communication skills, capable of translating technical content into customer-friendly language Technical background with an understanding of the software life cycle and familiarity with the latest tools Experience: Demonstrable experience in selling value-added services to the National Security sector in the UK Strong technical background, able to engage in in-depth technical conversations with both internal teams and customers Proven problem-solver with a proactive, needs-based selling approach Must hold active DV Clearance
