Your experience leading Civil Pipeline Engineering Projects will make a real impact for our client. They are a leading engineering consultancy. You will play a pivotal role, leading and developing high-performing teams while delivering exceptional results. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you'll contribute to winning bids, provide expert technical advice, and collaborate with a global network of engineers. Our client specializes in all aspects of water engineering within the sector whilst also delivering water engineering into multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Aviation, Defence, Energy, and Cities & Development. Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels. Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals. Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes. Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions. Grow, develop and manage pipeline engineering capability within the practice. To be suitable for this role you will:

Have proven experience leading and managing Civil Pipeline Engineering teams. In-depth technical expertise in pipeline design, materials, and construction methods. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Overview
