Associate Director, Clinical Site Contracting
General Summary:
The Associate Director, Clinical Site Contracting is responsible for providing oversight to the Site Contracting group and ensures that the goals and objectives of the department are met. This role will be accountable for global site contract negotiations in support of clinical programs, non-clinical programs, confidentiality agreements and letter of agreements across all therapeutic areas.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight to the Site Contracting group
Oversee resource forecasting and assignments for the Site Contracting group
Provide advanced technical knowledge related to global clinical agreements including Fair Market Value assessments and industry standards
Make recommendations and provide guidance on site contracting strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results
Identify, develop and ensure delivery of appropriate training for the Site Contracting group
Oversee site contracting managers and/or therapeutic area leads
Liaise with FSP or CRO management
Manage quality events and process issues identified in the site contracting group
Collaborate with Clinical Budget Analyst manager and Site Payment manager to ensure alignment and efficiencies within Clinical Budget Management are maintained
As a people manager within the organization, has financial accountabilities and human resource responsibilities for assigned staff.

In-depth experience with clinical trial site agreements

Extensive experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience in clinical development including knowledge of site contracts and budgets.
Demonstrated management experience
